Re #6...for all practical purposes there is no difference. Stay away. All the rah-rah will get you excited and you'll spend a lot of money and make almost none. Published data is hard to come by (take a hint), but what is available from lawsuits shows the average 'consultant' makes zip. Or less, you'll actually come out in the hole.
