Host of A Taste of the Past, Linda Pelaccio, is a real deal food historian and she's got a mountain of knowledge to share with listeners. Hear her and her guests opine on topics such as the role of tea in shaping the modern world, the alchemy of vinegar, and the fierce baking powder wars.
