The Barclaycard Visa with Apple Rewards Card provides an opportunity for Apple fans to earn points on purchases that can be redeemed for more Apple merchandise or music, videos, and books on iTunes. Because of the special financing that comes with the card, it's a card you should consider especially if you're planning a big Apple purchase in the future. How This Card Works

This card awards three points for each dollar spent at Apple, two points per dollar at restaurants including fast food, and one point for every dollar spent on all other purchases. You can earn an unlimited number of points which do not expire. There is no annual fee.

The points you earn are automatically redeemed at 2,500 points for a $25 Apple Store or iTunes gift card which is sent to you. You have the option of choosing whether you prefer Apple or iTunes gift cards.

Other Benefits

Special financing on Apple purchases. This card includes special financing tiers for Apple purchases you make with the card within the first 30 days of opening the account. For Apple purchases made with your card that are $999 or more, the interest is deferred for 18 months. If your purchases are $499 to $998, interest is deferred for 12 months, and six months for purchases below $499. If you pay the purchase in full before the end of the promotion, you will not be charged interest. However, if you don't pay the balance in full before the end of the promotional period, interest will be charged for the entire period.

Who This Card Is Best For

The Barclaycard Visa with Apple Rewards Card is best for those who frequently spend with Apple and in restaurants, and for those who plan on making a large Apple purchase within 30 days of opening the account. Even if you spend less than $499 within the first 30 days, you can save money on interest payments for six months while you pay off your purchase.
