If you frequently visit the drugstore or pharmacy, you should be using a credit card that can offer you the most valuable rewards for your purchases. Here are the best credit cards you should be using.

Citi® Hilton HHonors™ Visa Signature® Card

The Citi® Hilton HHonors™ Visa Signature® Card from our partner Citi, gives you 3 Hilton HHonors points for every dollar you spend at drugstores, as well as supermarkets and gas stations. Keep in mind that pharmacy related purchases at convenience stores, warehouse clubs, department and discount stores don’t qualify. All other purchases receive 2 HHonors points for every dollar spent, with the exception of hotel stays in the Hilton group of hotels, which earn 6 points per dollar spent.

There is no annual fee for this card, and it offers a 75,000 point sign-up bonus if you make $2,000 in purchases within the first three months of opening the account.

The Plenti® Credit Card from American Express

The Plenti® Credit Card from American Express is perfect for you if you like to shop at Rite-Aid, as that drugstore is included in the Plenti® rewards program. With your Plenti® account, you can earn points at any of the program’s merchant partners (which include AT&T, Exxon, and Macy’s, as well as Rite-Aid). Points then can be redeemed for free or discounted items at Rite-Aid drugstores or any of the other merchant partners.

Using this American Express card boosts your Plenti earnings by giving you 3 points per dollar spent at grocery stores, 2 points per dollar spent at restaurants, and 1 point for other eligible purchases. You also earn points when using your card for purchases at retailers within the Plenti network.

The card has no annual fee, and comes with a sign-up bonus of 5,000 Plenti® points when you charge $250 on your credit card within the first three months of becoming a card member. Terms and conditions apply.
