I always make my own food, not just to save money (which it certainly does) but also to know what is in my food and eat a good clean diet. Excellent advice, especially when you are out to work everyday and get caught eating 'on the hop' you can only really choose from what the shops have to offer nearby, which could be both expensive and unhealthy!
