She kind of has a pixie look about her - I'd call her "Shrinkerbell". But for a real name, I'd call her "Ava" or "Fritzi"

Billshrink is pretty easy and straightforward to use. Choose the service that you want to compare (wireless or credit cards), input your calling or spending pattern and Billshrink will spit out a list of possible alternatives.
Personally, I'm going to call her Vera.

Best of Wise Bread
Randomly selected? Then I guess it is OK if I give a duplicate answer: Jill, she'll shrink your bill!
Trixie, but I have no idea why. That's the first name that came to mind when I saw her picture.
I agree that she looks a lot like Julia Roberts. Maybe she's a Julie instead of a Trixie. :)
This is Mandy. Mandy is smiling because she just saved hundreds of dollars on her cell phone bill by using Billshrink.
Llib, because it's bill backwards, or in reverse, and that's exactly what we want to do, reverse our bills : )
Carry it further and see Llib as a more liberal thinker, liberated from the ties that bind, contracts, fixed fees and user fees...you get the idea.
I think the best name would be Penny... very fitting.
Kind of reminds me of the girl in 'inspector gadget' cartoons growing up. LOL.
billinda, billina, isabill or betsy bill
Personally I think giving her a real name like "flo" from the progressive car insurance commercials would be best.
In that case she looks like a sarah or melanie.
She looks like a pixie. But that has nothing to do with bill shrinkage. Maybe Tinkerbell, the magic money saving fairy :)
Myranda Money (although I too, think she looks like a Poppie, I guess alternately she could be Poppie Pennysaver)
I like Sally. Even though technically, it's NOT a nickname. It's sweet and friendly and approachable. Plus it's a throw back name which makes people trust them more.
Straight-up nicknames? I'd say The Green Lady.
Laura.
You would want something simple and something people know. not gimmicky. Unless it's a gimmick, don't do gimmicky
