It's interesting

It's interesting--everyone talks about government waste, but I worked for state government for many years, and we couldn't do any of those things, except maybe the free food. We couldn't take used boxes or paper because they were re-used. Certainly chairs were never given away--they were sold at large auctions. The lack of similarity between your workplaces and mine is striking.
