Will, thanks for the perspective. You and others have been in touch with us about this matter. Certainly blogs and conversations with customers keep us learning every day. It is a new world and requires corporations to think differently, live and learn. You might find our response to this matter of interest as customers raised it with us yesterday at Dell's Ideastorm.
