Crocs Customer Service a Crock!

I don't know about wearing them in public or on escalators. I bought some from their website to wear as house slippers and relief for my plantar fasciitis. Frankly, the shoes are overpriced and not anything to brag about. My feet still hurt and buying the overpriced shoes has not cured me of it. Making it worse is the returns. I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a credit on my return and still have not received it. Worst return policy ever and I'm an online shop-a-holic! Who do I complain to?!
