Escallator Ate my daughters croc

Exiting the New York Subway while on vacation, my daughters' croc got stuck at the top of the escallator. We didn't realize that this had
happened to others and thought it was a fluke. I emailed Croc over a month ago and still have had no response. She wasn't hurt but her $35.00 crocs are now garbage. She was a lucky one.
