Earn double cash back on dining. There are only a few credit cards which award bonus points on dining. If this is a big spending category for you, it's a great card to use.

No foreign transaction fee. Cash back credit cards without annual fees and foreign transaction fees are rare. This fee can be as much as 3% for foreign purchases, which can become costly if you travel abroad frequently. (See also: Best Credit Cards with No Foreign Transaction Fees)

Cons

No Introductory APR for purchases. The 0% introductory APR only applies to balance transfers for 12 months. There are many cash back credit cards with intro APR offers. If you plan on making a large purchase, you can save on interest payments with a card that offers new cardmembers a 0% promotional period for purchases. Higher balance transfer fee. Although the card offers a 0% introductory APR for balance transfers for 12 months, the balance transfer fee is slightly higher than the fee that most cards charge for transfers. Typically, the balance transfer fee is the greater of $5 or 3% and with this card you'll pay either $10 or 4%, whichever is greater. This can become an expensive fee if you need to transfer a large balance. (See also: Credit Cards with No Balance Transfer Fees)

Who This Card Is Best For

The TD Cash Visa is best for those who frequently make purchases categorized in the dining category, whether it's fast food, convenience store, or coffee shops. You also have an opportunity to earn a nice cash back bonus if you meet the spending requirements. It is also ideal for those who frequently travel or abroad or make foreign purchases simply because there is no foreign transaction fee.
