Reputation: | Hi Everyone, I am a loyal Wisebread reader, and would like to get your feedback on a group of sites that I have created. The sites are www.greenerversion.com, www.cheaperversion.com, and www.healthierversion.com . The purpose of these sites is to provide a database of Greener, Cheaper and Healthier alternatives to everyday products. I have just launched the sites and I would like your feedback on what I can do to make them as user-friendly as possible. In order to post your own product alternatives, you will need to register as a "Green Bastard" / "Cheap Bastard" or a "Healthy Bastard" depending on your preference (the term 'bastard' is meant to be humourous as I have always been called a 'cheap bastard') . I have already posted this message under "promote your products", but I figured this section was more fitting. Hopefully you will find the sites informative and innovative. Thanks Chris |

Reputation: | I think the idea is great -- I am particularly interested in learning about healthier things. I like the links to articles but wouldn't mind a slightly longer but still brief explanation and some idea of where the link might take me, that is will I go to a reliable site or a semi-bogus one; I checked one and went to MSNBC and the info was great but I was surprised (nicely). I am not sure if everyone is going to bond to the idea of being a you-know-what.

Reputation: | Thanks Julie, I appreciate the feedback. I will include longer explanations in the future and the source of the link. My wife also doesn't think everyone will accept the idea of being a 'you know what' as well.... |

Reputation: | Sure -- and I should clarify that I thought the Articles could have slightly more explanations (healthierversion). The other links are intuitive.
