Default Honest feedback about my blog appreciated

I have been blogging for about a year and a half per day with my old personal finance blog. (eventualmillionaire.com) I just started a new blog that is more about personal development (with an emphasis on becoming debt free too) and am really trying to drive a lot more traffic to it. It's only about a month old. (I've been using stumble upon, and social networking so far and have gotten to a bit over 100 unique visitors per day)

Right now I am hoping to get a lot of honest feedback on what I could do to improve my blog. I am looking for all aspects of the blog. Here are a few of the articles to take a look at.

Career Transition: Tips for Choosing Your New Career Path

Career Transition: What financial information do I need to know?

Career Transition: How to Create your Career Goals

Why You Should Stop Multitasking

What are your first impressions?
Do you like the content?
Would you read more of what I wrote? Why or why not?
Any other tips or ideas for me?

Also of course, if you do like it I would love anyone to stumble it! (or whatever one you use!)

Thank you so much for your time, I really appreciate it.

It is a lovely site, easy to read and not a lot of junk. I really enjoyed the content, as well.

The only negative, and it is a very, very small one, is that I'm trained to click on the site title (the big pretty one, usually upper left) when I want to go to the home page. It always takes me a minute to figure out that there is another place to click to get to the home page.

You've done a great job!

Thank you Khorrell! I agree completely. I sometimes do the same thing, and reember there is a home button. I'll have to talk to my flash expert (ie my husband!) to see if he can change it.
Thanks!

I like it. I like the colors and the style of the theme, I like how clean and professional it works, in concordance with what you are talking about. I understand why you have it set up so that you have to click on a button to go back to the blog/home where ever, although it is a hard habit to break.

I would move the Blog Button in the tabs to the far left spot. Or put them in alphabetical order- the order now seems sort of random.

Move your RSS button to the top of the sidebar and make it the bigger version: 32 X 32. Take off the other stuff (My Yahoo etc), because clicking on the RSS feed button itself allows you to select which reader when subscribing. Next down should be the Today/archives widget, then search. Then Free Downloads then categories. Also, as long as your neighborhood is empty, you shouldn't have it, it looks lonely!

And maybe you could explain why the name Idaka- if there's the reason that you chose that name somewhere apparent, then it will stick. I for one will have a very hard time remember a unusual name, if I don't know the meaning behind it.
