| Senior Member | You could just switch to a free host that allows ads. I have my WP blog through Blogging4life.com - Free blogs and hosting - Home and am allowed to use it just like I would if I hosted it myself, the only difference being I still have a subdomain on the site not my own. I can change themes and add plugins as I wish without an issue. Right now I have adsense as well as affiliate programs from Commission Junction - A Global Leader in Affiliate Marketing, Online Advertising and Search Engine Marketing in place. I am working on SEO to get some traffic as right now I get more spam than real traffic. I also posted my first payperpost entry the other day netting $20. There are plenty of non-Adsense programs you can use for ads, depending on what you want to do with them. Digitalpoint's forum can give you info on most of the well-known ones and people's actual earnings and experiences with them.

Reputation: | So how many visitors do you think you need for Google ads to start making money? I don't blog all that often (it's a lot more involved than I have time for!) but I think I've made something like $.12. I get about 100 visitors a day, which I was very proud of! How many visitors do your sites actually bring in? |

| Senior Member | I can't tell you how happy I am with B4L. Its owned by a friend of mine i met online, and he's really good about making the dozen or so bloggers happy. We're a small bunch, but we're working on getting the page rank up and such. It comes with its own free e-mail as well, which alot of directories like as well. If you check him out tell him I sent you

If you're getting 100 visitors a day, I'd think you'd have made more than 12 cents. Are your ads blended in? Do they match the theme of your blog? (I don't know what your blog is.) I know a lot of folks talk about AdSense placement, so maybe it's just a matter of tweaking your ads.
