I have been on twitter for about a month now, and while I don't have a blog to network about, I found this article about how using twitter can help increase visibility

Twitter has been having some issues. I'm growing very fond of Plurk.
It is like watching a lot of instant message conversations at once. I still haven't found a way to get the little widget on to my blogs yet, but that should happen soon.

I probably don't spend more than an hour a day (total of many short intervals) on twitter and I tend not to go on at all on the weekends. I follow a lot of web design people so I tend to use it as a resource to keep current in the industry a bit.

That said, none of my friends use twitter really, so I'm not really using it to its full potential. I can definitely see how it would start to take up a lot of time if I had friends on there tweeting and replying to my tweets.

I'm on there as http://twitter.com/amuhlou but not much of my tweets are really useful hehe.
