The Thirty Day Challenge

This is a web site I discovered yesterday and it's looking very promising. There's heaps of info and 'training' in both video, podcast and text. I've signed up, it's free so I guess it's worth a try.

Is anyone familiar with it?

I've read about the "30 Day Challenge" at Zen Habit blog.

Basically, if you want to start a new habit, you have to do it for 30 days so that it becomes your routine.

I checked the site you mentioned. Seems intresting, I signed up too.
I hope this turns out to be good.

So far so good, I'm on Day 3 now and will be watching the videos and listening to the pod cast tonight. I'd be very interested to hear what you think about it, it looks promising so far.

I've heard about it, but hadn't checked out the site. I love learning about new sites to explore.

I'm going to try to not bite my nails for 30 days. So far I am failing.

Heh good one, other's here signing up for the challenge web site will be great for getting feedback.

I've been too busy this last few days to concentrate on it and I'm also redesigning my blog and moving to a different (free) hosting service which therefore allows wordpress with ads. Once that's all sorted I'll be back at it with a vengeance. I'll let you guys know how it goes

Sounds interesting. I'll have to check it out in my spare time tomorrow. Maybe I can finally train myself to take my vitamins every day.
