I started blogging in order to keep myself accountable and have my plan in writing. I also write down stock analyses and any additional information that I find useful in order to make sure that I select only solid investments with good dividend growth potential.
I would really love it if my blog was earning more so that I could pay for a better layout.

I taught free coupon classes and just loved helping others. I got a nickname so I started a web site as well! I love blogging about bargains!

I started a PF blog because it is where I believe my strengths are. I love to read and research topics on PF and thought it would be a great idea to start sharing what I have found with others.

I started my blog because I wanted to focus not just on money but how money had a relationship to my environment (the planet, my relationships, my goals). I was looking for a blog that would touch on topics that I do (taxes, thrift, spending consciously) without the single handed focus on money only. Madame X of myopenwallet.net is very close, but she doesn't write much about environmentalism or as I call it, treehuggery. And I wasn't just interested in writing about tips, I wanted a more holistic view of looking at money (hence my fascination with how the Federal Reserve Operates and the history of money).

I started blogging a few years ago because I thought it'd be fun, now look at how things have grown!

Default Frugal Sister

I started a blog to help me keep on track.

I use to be very frugal after reading the Tightwad Gazette. It was my bible. It helped me get back on my feet after a divorce.

Then I got remarried and my frugal ways went out the door. With the economy slowing down and my job not as secure as it use to be, I wanted to get back to my frugal ways. Having a blog has helped me keep focused and find new improved ways to save money.

My blog is www.frugalsister.com

To put off working on my thesis.

Also, a combination of all the reasons listed above.
