THanks for the link... I've been taking echinacea and vitamin C lately to hopefully prevent a cold. Does Emergen-C work?

I am a faithful user of Emergen C. I've used it for probably 10 years. More than just vitamen C. Check out their web site for the vitamens and ingredients. Lots of products but I love the Super Orange and Cranberry. The only time I get sick is when I've run out. I drink this instead of OJ in the a.m. When I lived in the Southwest almost everyone I know either used this or knew of it. I recently have seen commercials for it on TV. Solid product. Pricey but I buy it on Amazon in a grocery subscription. Out west I usually can get it for 8.99 or 9.99 a box. It is a good investment if you are prone to colds. The trick is you just take it daily not JUST when you get sick. I also like it when I play tennis. I just throw a few packets in my bag and dump into a bottled water. My kids have grown up on this stuff and my college age son keeps it in his bat bag. Good stuff.
