Default Free Shipping?

Is there any website or tool that aggregates what retail websites are currently offering free shipping? I try to use free shipping since it tends to be what shifts the cost of buying something online to being cheaper than buying local.

If you use NexTag.com and put in your zipcode you can see the shipping prices of items. Sometimes merchants just offer free shipping by default. Otherwise you can try FatWallet.com to see if there are free shipping deals.

Lots of websites offer free shipping if you ord a certain amount, some offer free shipping on certain items (buy.com and Amazon.com do this). I use slickdeals.net to find shipping codes or percent off codes that reduce the cost to make shipping negligible. Also Walmart, Citcuit City, Best Buy, and Linens n Things Ship many things to the store for free or have them available for pickup within a certain amount of time. Best Buy offers a gift card if its not ready when you get your confirmation and show up. We tested this by ordering from the store the other night when they couldn't find something listed as in stock. $9.99 cord-$10 giftcard=Free. Showing Best Buy that stupidity costs you=priceless

I use the RetailMeNot extension for Firefox, which basically gives you a bar on the top of your browser when you're on a site that they have a coupon for - a lot of the times these are free shipping, or percentages off, or even both. I've foudn a couple of good deals I wouldn't have looked for otherwise after I installed that thing!

eBates.com often lists sites that are offering free shipping - though I don't think you can actually search that way.
