Reputation: | Yesterday I was at my local Home Depot and the woman ahead of me at the garden center register had a large cart with 10 large bags of assorted garden soil. They all had tears in the bag. She was charged $ 2.03 per bag of what would have normally been over $100 worth of soil. I didn't have time to follow-up on this during my visit, but I wondered if anyone else has known of this type of discount? I found one forum that referenced this. http://forums2.gardenweb.com/forums/...483219761.html
