I just discovered that Slim Fast is running a promotion until the end of June where you can send in UPC codes from boxes of shakes or bars along with the receipts and receive a rewards card that appears to work like a general gift/debit card. If you send in 2 UPCs plus receipts, you'll receive a $5 rebate card. If you send in 8 UPCs plus receipts, you'll receive a $15 rebate card.
