Default Slim Fast "Fashion Rewards"

I drink a Slim Fast shake mixed with a little plain yogurt each day for a cheap and quick lunch (and for weight control). I just discovered that Slim Fast is running a promotion until the end of June where you can send in UPC codes from boxes of shakes or bars along with the receipts and receive a rewards card that appears to work like a general gift/debit card.

If you send in 2 UPCs plus receipts, you'll receive a $5 rebate card.
If you send in 8 UPCs plus receipts, you'll receive a $15 rebate card.
If you send in 23 UPCs plus receipts, you'll receive a $40 rebate card.

KMart has the boxes of shakes on sale this week for $6.
