Default Sprint loyalty discount

This is from The Consumerist: Sprint Offers Loyalty Discount To Customers Who Ask For It

It'll probably work only if you've been a Sprint customer for a few years but if you are a long-time customer and if you plan on sticking with Sprint, it can't hurt to ask. Yesterday morning, I sent Sprint an email through their online account access contact form and got a reply within a few hours with a 15% discount!

Thanks rstlne...I'm going to try to get a discount as well. I've been with Sprint for a long time and while I like my plan and coverage, I am pretty darn fed up with their "customer service."

I too have been a long time Sprint fan and customer- I have hung in there even with their lackluster customer service department. They were on my list to call!

Thanks for the thread.

We have had Sprint PCS since the 90's when their Pioneer Program began with their first cell phone service. We haven't looked at it in some time, but many times they have not been able to beat the original program. I'll have to try and get a discount.

I recently have been working on this (on top of my already ongoing complaints). I've heard plenty of stories from other people about them getting good discounts and decided Sprint needs to man up and follow through on the offers they've previously reneged on as well as a discount on service. I've given them a deadline this time though. As otherwise it seems to drag on for weeks.

Any idea of what organizations I can contact if they still ignore me other than the BBB and state attorney general?
