Reputation: | TJ Maxx and Marshalls: designer suit jackets for Target prices/Awesome sports bras/pretty dishes (if you don't want or need the whole set), and nice kitchen gadgets. My favorite find of all time was a beautiful wool sweater at TJ Maxx that was clearanced down from 120 bucks, which I scored, unflawed, for 9. I felt like keeping the tag to show people. :-) Sam's: I hate to admit it, but I do shop here. They have the best prices on produce, and when you live in the tundra, this is very important. The growing season here is short and veggies get pricey in a hurry. I always get a big tub of organic greens, multicolored sweet peppers, and English cucumbers. We eat a lot of salads/sandwiches in the summer, and for the price of two peppers at the grocery store, I can get 6 at Sam's. Also oatmeal bars for quick breakfasts/snacks at work, fruit cups for the same purpose, and toilet paper for obvious purposes. :-) I split the membership with a relative, and we each pay 20 bucks per year. It's a very good deal if you comparison shop. Some things (brand-name cereals, things in bulk you won't actually eat/use, media) are best bought elsewhere. |

Reputation: | I always buy shoes at Marshall's. I also look at the purses, socks, and kitchen items. And if I need luggage, I'll look there first. |
