Default 101 Uses for Jello/Pudding

This week jello/pudding is on sale at Shaws making it free (actually its giving fifty cents overage) so needless to say we're working on a box full of them since the use by dates are in 2009-2010. I am working on ways to then use this stuff so it doesn't just sit there.
So far we've come up with:
parfaits with Cool Whip (4 jello, 1 cool whip costs .25)
pudding pops
poke cake with pudding/cool whip frosting
pudding pies (great pbcup pie recipe)

Any help would be appreciated.

I once made a package of instant pudding with half regular milk and half heavy cream (because I didn't realize i was that low on milk).. it kinda made it a mousse-type consistency. I found a recipe that might work.

A use for jello would be a jello ribbon salad... it sounds strange but it's really just layers of different flavored jello with layers of jello+sour cream in between. If you make it w/ blueberry and cherry jello it's a very patriotic and delicious july 4th dessert!

Chocolate Eclaire Dessert

1 large box instant vanilla pudding (or two small boxes)
3 cups milk
1 container Cool Whip (the regular stuff, oddly the extra creamy doesn't do it)
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 lb graham crackers (or so)
1 container chocolate frosting

Thaw cool whip and mix together until light and fluffy.
Line a 9x13 pain with graham cracker squares. Use broken pieces to fill in the gaps.
Pour half of pudding mixture on top of graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers.
Add the rest of the pudding mixture.
Add a final layer of graham crackers.
Refrigerate until set, ideally overnight. You want the graham crackers to be soft not crunchy.
Top with chocolate frosting.

Smile

Hi, I'm new here today. I just want to say I LOVE Jello with Fruit. Lemon with crushed pineapple is my recent favourite as well as Lime with fruit cocktail and tiny bits of celery.

BUT I also do that, make instant pudding with cream instead of milk, I LOVE the richness. Then of course you HAVE TO make REAL Whipped cream to go on top. I never buy CoolWhip, not after I found out what is in it. What's WRONG with REAL whipped cream anyway and I don't MEAN from a can.

It's funny, here where I live, a new television station JUST started called "MeTV". It shows ALL the old sitcoms, classic television AND all the OLD Commercials. I LMAO at them. Anyone remember something called "Jello, 1 2 3 " I used to LOVE that. Oh and "Shak A Puddin ". I never really got into that one, it was kind of Gritty.
