Default Confession thread: Did you do something un-frugal today?

I really like the Did you do something frugal today thread.

Unfortunately, sometimes I'm just as likely to do something "un-frugal."

Instead of walking around with all this guilt, maybe I'll feel better if I share it with everyone here. The un-frugal thing I did today: For no reason whatsoever, I spent nearly $20 on lunch today, just for myself. I was feeling a bit down and wanted to treat myself. One thing lead to another and I racked up a $20 bill.

Did anyone else do something un-frugal today? Share and make me feel better!

It is ok to treat yourself once in a while.

I didn't do anything bad today. But over the weekend I did splurge on some flowers at the farmer's market. Sometimes a girl just needs some flowers!

I went to Burger King last night. The only frugal part about it was I used a coupon, but otherwise, I could've just as easily stayed home and cooked something simple.

yes, it is my son's first birthday today and instead of buying regular ice cream, I bought super expensive coconut icecream from a specialty shop

I'm craving restaurant food. And I don't mean expensive, I mean pure carb-filled, preservative-filled mostly junk.

Course... now that I state it that way, it's not nearly as appealing. Hrm, there may be a trick in there!

Well.... I think we can make a frugality exception in this case. You're only 1 once.

I bought prepacked snack cakes today. I was feeling tired and needed a quick sugar rush. And they were heart shaped, and pink, and I just couldn't say no.

Lately, I've been forgoing my lunchtime walk and driving to buy lunch. The worst part is some of the places ARE within walking distance =(

Personally, I have absolutely zero defense against dinosaur-shaped snacks of any kind. So I can totally sympathize with that.
