My little sister and I learned how to make Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana soup and it. Is. Spectacular. The recipe looks terribly fattening, but the end result is so delicious. Here's a link to a copycat recipe.

My husband loves Boursin cheese, but it's EXTREMELY expensive, especially when you want to put it on, like, a baked potato. I found several recipes tonite on cooks.com, (I searched "mock boursin cheese") looked them over, and made my own with some leftovers: cream cheese, butter, sour cream, garlic, black pepper and dried herbs - and just put it in the food processor. A) yummy, and B) way less crumbly!

Another site that has some copy cat recipes is http://www.recipezaar.com/. Just type the name of the restaurant that you are looking a copy cat recipe for and see what comes up. This is the only site I found copy cat recipes for Chi Chi's, which is no longer in business where we live.

We do the same. Considering a small tin of boursin is about $4 this is a big money saver.

Mmm breadsticks. You wouldn't happen to have a good recipe for those, would you? I've been dying for some lately. I looked at some of the links posted below but a lot of the reviews said that they were good but didn't really taste like the real thing. I'd be interested in finding ones that are as close to Olive Garden's as possible.
