Reputation: | Did you know you can also freeze bananas? For smoothies, they work best if you slice them. Peel them first, of course. Place the slices on a paper plate and put it in the freezer for a few hours until frozen. Then pack into snack or sandwich bags for longer term freezing. You can freeze bananas whole for eating right out of the freezer. They are almost as tasty as ice cream. |
