Default Have you tried Survey Spot?

I'm not sure when I signed up with them, but I have been doing a few surveys here and there and I just noticed that I have $47 in my account. They send a lot of emails, many of which are for non-paid surveys. They tell you in the subject line if the survey is for pay, which makes it easier to only do the paid ones. Also, as with many surveys, there are usually about 5 qualifying questions before you get to the actual survey.

I do not think that they have a referral program, so this should be a non-referral link:

I have joined Survey Spot but have pretty much stopped doing all consumer surveys except for e-rewards, which is the only consistent earner I've found (not cash but redeemable for things like free subscriptions to the Wall Street Journal, magazines and coupons). I used to do a lot of surveys for various companies, but got tired of always not qualifying after spending 10 minutes on preliminary questions.

I got really fed up one day and emailed one of the companies to complain about spending a lot of time on prequalification surveys, a lot of which are really detailed, only to get disqualified. It turns out that this one company was disqualifying me for going to fast, thinking I wasn't reading all the questions when I really was (I guess I must read faster than the average person).

They told me to pause for a while before hitting each "next" button when doing surveys. I decided it wasn't worth my time. Of all the companies I've tried, only one actually paid me once for a special survey. I now spend my time working on my blog.

That's a great tip, Hermione. I read quickly also, and I imagine that I'm getting disqualified for some of the surveys because of it. Fascinating.

Sounds like a nice service to make some money on the side.

That is a good tip; I know that I get disqualified a lot too. I find I make about $20 -- $30 a month doing surveys. As long as I find them fun, I'll keep doing them. I do agree that I hate filling out long pre-qualifying questions only to get disqualified!

E-rewards is one of the few I've kept with. I adore the Blockbuster rewards, as well as the magazines. And I know I can pace it to earn what I want without doing them all and running out of worthy stuff to redeem for.

I get disqualified a lot as well.

I use e-rewards and inboxdollars.

Wow, jmarti, I think that $600 is a whole lot! That is fantastic! Do you have any tips or suggestions for those of us who haven't reached that level?

Thank you for any advice you can give.
