Default Kmart "Family & Friends Event" 12-06-08

Hey all,

If anyone was planning on going out shopping today (Saturday), Kmart is having a family & friends event which basically means anyone who goes to their website to get the coupon gets discounts. If you go to http://www.kmart.com there's a "Family & Friends Event Link" right under the "Weekly Ad" button. Or you can just click the link I added above for a direct download of the pdf.

Here's the breakdown:
  • 20% off all regular and clearance priced footwear and apparel
  • 20% off Kenmore appliances plus no payments/no interest for 12 months OR free delivery
  • 10% off all other appliances
  • 15% off any parts ordered at searspartsdirect.com
  • 10% off "almost everything else" (regular & clearance merchandise with some exclusions such as ipods and video game equipment)

I've never really bumped a post before but this one is important to me. My dad has been working at Kmart for almost 35 years so we're trying to do whatever we can to keep the company afloat... at least until he can retire

If it makes you feel any better, the parking lot at Kmart was packed when I drove by today.
