Macy's sale schedule?

Now that Macy's owns department stores all over the place, does anyone know their sales schedule? What I mean is like at what date or point do they start markdowns and when do they do the really big markdowns like the 90% off sale on clothes? I know Target has a mark down system so I am guessing Macy's has one?

Our Dayton's/Marshal Fields/Macy's started the 90% off clothing clearance on winter clothes around the 1st of March and was still running it about a week ago. I got some really good deals including a $150 Ralph Lauren sweater for $40 and a Charter Club one for $8.

I would love to catch summer clothes that cheap at the end of the season.
