Default Target markdown schedule

Similar to the Macy's post, does anyone know how Target marks their stuff down? That would be so useful to know!

I don't know if this information is at all reliable but check the third item in this blog post:

Also, Consumerist had a tip on Target's price drops:

Linsey had a great article about Target's markdown schedule and was recently interviewed by a public radio show about the subject.

Tuesday - Domestics, Women's Clothing, Pets and Market (food items)
Wednesday - Men's Clothing, Toys, Lawn & Garden, Health and Beauty items
Thursday - House Wares, Lingerie, Sporting Goods, Shoes, Music / Movies, Books, Decor and Luggage
Friday - Auto, Cosmetics, Hardware, and Jewelry

thats the same one posted on HCW so I'd go by it pretty reliably. Its also the days they further mark down things at most stores if you're waiting for something to drop further...
