Reputation: | NEVER throw anything usable away. Return if possible, regift if something usable, E-Bay if giftcard or something small. Goodwill or Salvation Army everything else. SOMEBODY out there must want it.

Reputation: | If it's a decent gift that I feel someone else would like, I will regift it. If it's something I think is fine but don't really know anyone who would like it, I will donate it. I have yet to receive any truly hideous gifts that had to be thrown away! |

Reputation: | If it's something that we think someone else would like, we put a sticky on it with their name and put it in a storage box till next Christmas/birthday. If we can't think of anyone who would want it, it goes to Salvation Army. We can't sell any of it because everyone knows our ebay user name! |

Reputation: | I think you may opt to sell it online on ebay or donate it to people who can benefit from it better. At least you'll earn money from it or you can who is in need out even in just a simple way. |
