These photos are AMAZING. I'm actually going to Ireland this week and cannot wait to sink my teeth into some soda bread! Hopefully it'll be as tasty as this one looks!

I made cheap muffins and added leftover rice to them. It was cold this morning and I wanted something hot! Plus the kids thought I was Supermom for about 15 minutes.
