Talking The Working Stiff's Asinine Gas Saving Tips!

Every time we go to the gas pump, we all want to puke.

Forget about driving 55 to save fuel -- what about moving to Saudi Arabia or giving up gas station candy bars to stretch your dollar at the pump?

Thought you all might want to chime in with your own satirical gas saving tips:

I have an easy solution...just start your own business, and quit your job! (in that order, lol).

One of my cars is a 2004 Saturn with 21,400mi on it. Do the avg annual mileage calculation on that bad boy! (and you have to subtract driving it here (Denver) from Florida where I bought it, plus a couple trips to the airport).

Prrretttty kewl, eh? yes, until last Friday when GM announced they are killing the Saturn line forever...boo-hoo...

Or, if you are single (and "nuts"), you could asked your employer to consider hiring you as the night janitor. Then you could sell your car, buy a tent and a hotplate, sleep in the warehouse, double your income, buy stock in the company, wait for the day the CEO has a coronary from the stress, and by that time you will be the majority stock holder and own your own company!

I don't have a car right now, so I don't get to try any of these. Of course, even if I did, I probably wouldn't move to Saudi Arabia.
