, but getting a job offer for another company that will pay more might if you tell them.

But you need to be prepared to actually leave your job for the better one if your company wont budge or fires you for looking

lol try this instead use your career in creating a passive income for you. Kiyosaki called him Minding Your Own Business in Rich Dad Poor Dad. Check out this book it is one of brilliance it has helped me and I know it will help you too.
