Reputation: | My all-time favorite movie is Lawrence of Arabia. Following up behind in no particular order are: Shawshank Redemption sex, lies and videotape most anything with Johnny Depp not involving guns Fargo Sophie's Choice Raising Arizona Bull Durham Ordinary People American Beauty The Big Chill Apocalypse Now Monty Python and the Holy Grail A lot of my favorite movies (including ones that didn't quite make the list above) fall in a about a 12-year time span from 1982 or so to 1994 or so. I'm not sure if this is just because that was a glorious period in American cinematography, or because of the way that time period overlays my personal biography (from HS up until the time I had kids). |

Reputation: | My favorite movie of all time is 'Shy People' with Barbara Hershey! It was a very strange movie, yet very well acted! I've never saw a movie quite like it! If you get a chance, definitely rent this movie on dvd! I'm also a big fan of Will Smith! My favorite Will Smith movie is ' Six Degrees of Seperation' with Donald Sutherland and Stockard Channing! A great movie! This was the movie where I discovered that Will Smith was actually a great actor! |
