Default 2 iPods

I have two - one older Shuffle, and one newer one. I haven't used the older one yet (I need to read the instructions to figure out how). Both were gifts from my husband - re-gifted, actually, since they were given to him as professional thank-you gifts. Some people don't like re-gifting, but in this case I was very happy to be the end recipient!

I have one. It's a nano from last year, not sure of the "generation". It's one of the slimmer taller ones than the nanos now. It holds 500 songs. I love it, but only have about 25 songs so far.

none. I find a regular mp3 player much better... not so cool but I can simply drag&drop any file I want, on any computer. I can use it also as a memory stick to carry any other file. For me it is not worth the cost. But it is only my personal view!

i have no ipods *sniffle* though I would love one since it would integrate so nicely w/ my macbook pro. But I just can't justify paying so much for an mp3 player when you can get other brands with similar storage for much cheaper.

so instead I just won't buy any, apple or otherwise. And maybe in 14 years I'll have enough american express rewards points to get one

I just purchased the new video, and it's really nice. Like, really, really nice. I got the 80 gig; I put 12 seasons of shows, 4 days of music, 30 movies, 200 pictures and I still have 45 gig left over. I recommend it for anyone.

Why? In general, the user interfaces are incredibly intuitive, there's a lot less tweaking and little annoying issues you have to deal with than with Windows based systems. In short, Apple stuff just works.
Yes, Apple hardware is more expensive and the software doesn't always allow you to tinker with things quite as much. But, if that's not something you want to do anyway, what's not to like?
