A couple of "quick fixes"...

1) Get a new boyfriend/girlfriend. Within a week or two, they will be giving you an ultimatum..."pick them or the laptop!" (don't forget to get your house key back from them when they leave, lol)

2) Install Windows Vista. It will only be a matte of time before you toss your laptop out the window !

Yeah i've got the same problem: work all day on a computer just to get home and get back online, you'd think i'd get tired of being on the net all day but nope! One thing i've gotten myself to do is periodically every 15 minutes approx. I focus my eyes on something other than my screen it helps diminish harm, or at least i beleive...i even get up on my feet sometimes and do dishes or laundry....but it's a real rarity of course

I've tested out both...to no avail.
