i'm bothering with high pigment food,and also natural yellowish,but not so severe.


home remedies may be effective sometimes,and will not cause sensative problems. but they are not always effective and less of research support. for severe discolor teeth,it may need more time to verify.

tooth paste deal with food remains prefectly,and some paste added whitening remedies will make the teeth whiter from the surface, but it's too mild to do anything further.


haven't tried the other four whitening methods,need more advice about it.
