The cigarettes consist of a white tube which is a battery powered vaporizer and a "filter" containing the liquid nicotine. Each nicotine cartridge is around 15 cigarettes worth. The vaporizer is completely re-useable, it just requires battery changes every once in a while. So once you've bought the starter kit you just need replacement nicotine cartridges, which work out around 50% cheaper than normal cigarettes!

Hi,
Seeing how the social and cultural factors make an individual indulge in this deadly practice of blowing smoke, the govt and the youth must take adequate steps to stop this mishap. More over individuals who are chain smokers must quit smoking and set an example for the youth and others to do the same.

Good for you. Hope you haven't relapsed since then. Just remember, all of you: smoking = stupid, selfish and self-destructive. Just say no.

Keep strong! Quitting is tough, I know. The best method I've found that worked for me, after trying will power, etc. was lasic accupuncture - if you have a place near you, it's affordable, painless, and it worked like a treat - no more physical cravings whatsoever!

Good luck!

PS - plug into the online support groups they're a big help.

Congrats! singleguymoney - good for you! Did you quit cold turkey? My husband has been telling me he is going to quit and that stmt has been said over and over again for 15 years. We have even both been present when his dad, my mom and dad died because of cancer due to smoking. I wish there was an easy way for people to stop - but I guess it really is an addition.

Addictions are tough battles.

I quit smoking, drinking, drugs, and gambling all on the same day.

....................it was the worst 24hrs I ever spent...lol

Now the only time I smoke...is when I want a cigarette...hehehe

Seriously, good luck. It is a character building experience, to say the least. Many say they want a smoke just as much today as the day they quit (20yrs ago!). Fortunately, the newer generations were not lulled into the habit as we were as youths. (prior to the anti-smoking campaign and health info)

It is a disgusting and dangerous habit, which it difficult to defeat, because it is "legal". (not to mention physical addition issues).
