Default I Quit Smoking

I've finally made the decision to get rid of cigarettes. I've smoked for 13 years and decided enough is enough.

I've even created a financial incentive to help me quit.

Smoking yellows your teeth, burns holes in your clothes and makes you smell bad. Worst of all, it's expensive. Congrats on your decision to quit.

Nice work for being successful on quitting your bad habit. I myself thought about quitting, yes, I know I can and I know that it will be easy for me to quit smoking, but not at this moment. If I'm really ready then I will quit just like you did and I will be successful too.

Way to go mate! Staying sober is indeed the best way to go. Quitting on vices that cost you money can lead you to save more and allot money on things that really matter. Kudos!

Hi,

I feel one must avoid drinking alcohol, coffee and tea, as these are drinks associated with smoking. Eat frequent meals in small or in moderate quantities. Chantix is a good medicine that you can use to curb nicotine cravings, it works just like nicotine.
