I got an early jump on Hulu thanks to a Wise Bread article by Xin. And boy am I glad I did. There are some great stuff on there right now!

Daily Show, Arrested Development, and my all-time guilty pleasure The O.C.

I was a bit skeptical at first. But the video quality is fantastic, the ads are annoying (but short), and Hulu is adding new stuff all the time.

What are your favorite shows/movies on Hulu?

I love Hulu. I got referred by Xin Lu back in the beginning of the year. I don't get cable so I've watched a ton of shows and movies on it. Some of my favorites are:
  • Burn Notice
  • Battlestar Galactica
  • House
  • Life
  • The Office
  • Arrested Development
As for movies, they just added Sense and Sensibilities, one of my favorites (though I have it on DVD). Another favorite of mine they have is Fiddler on the Roof.

The coolest thing about Hulu is that it lets you embed video clips in your site. You can choose any segment out of a movie. I wrote a blog post recently about the song "If I were a rich man" from Fiddler on the Roof and was able to embed a clip of the song. The video quality is so much nicer than you'd find on You Tube. Check it out here: Funny Money Lessons from Fiddler on the Roof: If I Were a Rich Man

I got in on Hulu when it was still in beta. Since most of my television watching is done on the web, I really enjoy Hulu. The interface works well and the commercials are easy to tolerate. It's not quite as good as the old version of Fox's online viewer (which often seemed to forget to put the commericals in), but it's better than many of the other online viewers. I like that they have such a wide variety of programming. And they still have Dr. Horrible's Sing-along Blog up. Great stuff. Joss (and the brothers and a soon to be sister-inlaw Whedon) are amazing.

I can't believe no one has said Firefly.

Will, I'm ashamed of you. Everyone needs to know about the Firefly tragedy....

I also enjoy the easy access to Firefly that Hulu provides. Besides that, it's a great place to keep up with 30 Rock, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and 30 Days. I don't have cable and Hulu definitely satisfies my need for a TV fix.

I joined Hulu through a post on Slickdeals but can't remember my password and login (nor can the husband who used it more). We though it was great since it had sci-fi shows we don't get at home.

I think they have a "forgot password?" thing where they send it to your email address, so if you remember which email address you registered with they can send it to you. I know because I've had to use it a few times, myself.

My husband uses hulu all the time to watch House when we miss an episode. Evidentally they've added ad options--either short ones throughout or one long one at the beginning--and a voting tool?

Hulu is fabulous, I have found some old shows that I never knew existed that I really love. Plus I love the Canadian series ReGenesis. Excellent free TV.

I enjoyed the A-Team - I miss the reruns. I wanted to find Knight Rider after they did the pilot Movie for the new series, but don't think they had it then. Maybe they have it now, worth another look.
