Default Last Movie You Saw

What was the last movie you watched and where did you watch it? I've been mostly watching movies on DVDs, Finishing up on Bourne Ultimatum.

Have not been to a movie theatre in over a year now.

It has also been a while for me at the movie theatres. I am going to guess almost three years ago. There is no place like home, for me, to watch a movie. The last movie I watched was the Departed. I love that movie.

The Christmas Story was on last night. The last movie I saw in the theatre though was SATC.

I love movies and am an avid watcher. As for the "last movie I saw," that's a little complicated:
  • The last movie I watched was the last 50 minutes (out of 3 hours) of the Battlestar Galactica Miniseries last night while exercising.
  • Before that I watched a couple of episodes of Bones that I got on DVD from Amazon last week. I just discovered this show a couple of weeks ago and am thoroughly addicted.
  • The last whole movie I watched in one sitting was A River Runs Through It on Hulu.
  • The last whole movie I watched on my TV (on DVD) was The Holiday. Kate Winslet is fantastic in this film.
  • The last movie I watched in a movie theater was The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe in January 2006.
I'm sure you all are just fascinated by all these thrilling details of my movie watching life.

(And yes, I am a Type A personality, hence the bulleted list and italicized titles. It's embarrassing but I can't help it. )

I watched the -Nightmare Before Christmas- on DVD (holiday classic) but
it will be awesome on the big screen than seeing it on DVD.

DH and I haven't been to a theater in 5 years, probably longer. We're so weird. The last movie I saw was Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban at home last night.

We saw the Bond Quantum of Solace movie the weekend it came out. We went to the cheap theater and got 2 tickets for the cost of what 1 would be at the bigger places. We were able to get a popcorn and drink to share (which we don't usually do) with the money we saved.

The Fortune Cookie is the last movie I've seen. It's an oldie starring Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau. Lemmon gets a mild concussion, so his brother-in-law, who's a lawyer, decides to sue a football team for a lot of money (making injuries seem worse than they are). It's got some very funny moments.

BTW I got the movie from the library which makes it even more enjoyable lololololol
