I have a beer gut, but I i'm also tall and have very broad shoulders. (if that helps) The shitty walmart stuff ain't cutting it. (almost a wear, wash, wear, throw out propostion...) |

| Senior Member | I'm not sure what qualifies as "reasonably priced" to you. Normally quality clothing is worth an investment of a bit more than Walmart prices, closer to what you'd pay at a department store. Try Googling specialty catalogs for big&tall. Google coupon codes and find feedback for the companies and you should find a nice balance between quality and price. Buying off season will help cut price as well.

Reputation: | umm i think you should try Macy's sometimes they have big sales i mean hopfully u have a Macys around where ur from and also if you can take someone shopping with you that understands good style then that will make it easier for you becasue if doesnt matter if you go to Salvador Ferragamo which is an expensive brand...if you dont have a sense of style your still not going to look good...OH ! i have an idea too you should google these brands and look at what theyre are wearing and buy similar things that look a like and wear them the same way YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG with that for sure...so search Gucci for men, Burberry, Versace, John Varvatos...these are all GREAT designers and you will for sure get some great ideas |

Reputation: | Try www.casualmalexl.com They claim to have over 470 stores nationwide, take online and phone orders, and offer quality stuff for BIG and/or TALL people. Their Fall '08 catalog is 124 pages of casual and dress clothes, underwear, accessories, coats, ties, jackets, sweaters, jeans shoes, etc. Also, they offer clothing from several designer labels. At one of their stores near me I recently bought 2 pair of good quality black dress pants for one of my very tall sons (college basketball player). Now that I found this place, I don't have to waste gas shopping for me and my sons in places that don't stock our sizes. |
