Autostart is the devils work. I rarely have my sound on because of work that makes me go to such places, and then I miss IMs from clients and family. Drives me nuts.

I hate non-compliant sites that look icky in FF, but I'm used to it. If its a professional site such as a network or major company, I contact them about it. Many fix it or look into it quickly.

I hate large overly complicated Flash sites or sites coded for larger screens than 1024x760. While I realize the newer computers are faster and have larger screen resolutions many people still use older computers-and it kills my desire to use your site when my browser crashes or freezes because you overload it. Don't assume I have a new computer and a big screen.

Thanks for the template tip Alex!

As for the links, I was referring to links in the Gmail interface, not links in the emails themselves. For example, if I created a folder called "work", I couldn't click on that folder and open a new tab. Well, it could work if I'm in "html" mode, but if I'm in standard AJAX mode, I couldn't open things up in new tabs.

I hate how Microsoft still refuses to make their browser standard complaint, thus forcing regular webmasters to do all sorts of crazy workarounds on IE and FF.

I love mozilla firefox but I can't break my habit of wanting to copy/paste some things and sometimes I get this moz/ff error about not being allowed to do that. Makes me nuts. Of course there are ways around it but jeesh I never realized how much I copy/paste til I started using moz/ff.

The reason why a lot of sites are going to Flash/Flex framework is because of the browser incompatibilities in scripting. It is pretty annoying either way, but for developers and QA it is easier to test and develop just a flash site rather than testing 10 different browsers and code all kinds of workarounds that test which browser the user is using.

I hate how Haloscan will open the commenter's website in a new tab - but still in the comments window so there is no toolbar for bookmarking, etc.

I also hate the Blogger/Google psuedo-monopolyly on comments, which is why I have Haloscan!

Another annoying thing are websites that require you to use IE in order to download information or fill in forms. I use MozFF exclusively, and I just sadly click away rather than deal with the hell that is IE.

Worse yet is some websites actually work fine with Firefox but reject Firefox based on a simple-minded check of the browser's user agent string. Having to change that string just to get past the website's check is an annoyance.

I don't know if I love it or hate it, but Google Docs turned their entire interface pink for Valentine's Day. I'm trying to write an article but I feel like I'm shopping in a Hello Kitty Store.
