I'm ajeh. I'm a college student trying to learn how to make ends meet. Hope to learn a few tips about personal finance and being frugal from this blog and forum.

Hello everyone. I am Ro and I'm from Alabama, hence the username. My DH and I have a nine-year-old son and enjoy spending time with him. I have been reading Wise Bread for a few months now. We are trying to become more frugal and pay our debts down.

Hi everyone - I heard about WiseBread TODAY on a show on National Public Radio - The show was called Real Life Survival Guide. I wanted to see what WiseBread was all about, so here I am!

My name is Amy and I'm a 25 yr old Technical Web Designer for an up-and-coming internet consulting company. In addition to having a frugal mindset, I'm an all-around computer nerd. But I have come to embrace it!

Hi everybody,

I'm J.D....I work as a research biologist during the day, and I grew up in a pretty frugal household. I've been enjoying the new tips on personal finance / self-improvement blogs (I just converted to using old-timey safety razors) and found that wisebread had some interesting and novel ideas.

I can't remember how I found WiseBread...I think maybe it was a post on ProBlogger. Now it is one of my most visited sites, and I recommend it to others.

Hi. I've been reading the wisebread blog for little over a year now, and I can't believe what huge community it has grown into in less than a year's time! Finally decided to join the forum. Looking forward to learning and sharing tips!

I have had wisebread as a favorites for awhile, but never had time to really check it out. I just did and I love the forums. My name is Jennifer and I stay at home and homeschool my 4 kids ages 9, 7, 5, and 3. We have lived in Ohio for about a year and a half. I love being frugal and am always on the look out for new ideas.

Hi,

I joined the Wise Bread forums in January but I don't think I've posted to this thread yet. I'd actually been reading Wise Bread blog for quite a while before joining the forums. I do not remember how I found Wise Bread but it was likely through a link from another Personal Finance blog. I'm a software engineer from northern New Jersey. I was born in the UK, then lived in Malaysia as a kid, before moving to the New York City area, so I've actually lived on 3 continents. That does not make me more worldly than anyone else, although I've seen and experienced quite a bit of joy and happiness, and also hardship and insanity.

I'm into geocaching, Where's George, photography, blogging, and couponing/rebating. I also do investment research as a hobby. On some weekends, I volunteer as a mascot character at charity events.
