Tips to make teeth white

I suggest the following home remedies and basic dental care. Reduce coffee and red wine intake and reduce smoking. This is common sense and also good for your body. Try chewing raw vegetables , once a day . Raw vegetables are a healthy snack and they will also help in cleaning your teeth.

Tips To reduce Bad Breath

Keep your mouth clean. That means a thorough brushing twice a day and flossing regularly.

Clean your tongue, too. Bacteria left on your tongue can contribute to less-than-fresh breath.

Wet your whistle. A dry mouth can quickly cause bad breath. Saliva helps clean your mouth; it has a natural antibacterial action, and it washes away food particles.

Rinse. If nothing else, at least rinse your mouth with plain water after eating. Swishing the water around may help to remove some of the food particles left in the mouth after a meal and prevent bad breath from setting in.

Eat to smell sweet. Foods that help fight plaque may also help fight bad breath. Opt for celery, carrots, peanuts, or a bit of low-fat cheese if you want something to snack on.

I'm not sure any of these tips will make your teeth white as the post subject says. They WILL prevent them from yellowing further though.

Carrots are actually high in sugars, so I don't really think they would help fight plaque instead of encouraging it...Cleaning your tongue can often help and they make nifty tongue scrapers that help. Making sure to get your teeth cleaned and cavities taken care of can help immensely too. Rotting teeth can really make your mouth smell "rotten" even if you've recently brushed.
