You're a class member if you had a credit card, a loan account, or a line of credit in the US any time from January 1, 1987 to May 28, 2008. The lawsuit alleges that Trans Union sold lists containing consumer information to third parties for marketing purposes. Settlement benefits will be free credit monitoring and a possible cash payout.
