We sell used books

Me and my husband sell used books online bought at thrift stores. It's been pretty profitable and we like to share how it's done (we are poor college students and the extra income is always nice). I'm trying to build a website about it at smartbookscout.com. Let me know what you think.

I think it is an interesting concept -- I mostly trade in books at the used book store. I have noticed that many of the books I own don't seem to be in demand; I liked the way you addressed figuring out what is in demand in one of your posts; to me, that would be key to being successful.

It may be mycomputer but I'd love to see a larger type style.

Definitely a great way to get more books out into the wild. I like the color scheme of the website too, very easy on the eyes.

My only nitpick is minor, regarding spaces in the name of at least one page. When you name your pages it's much better to do "pagename.html" rather than "page name.html". That way, if someone is punching it in by hand there's less chance of a mistake.

I like it too. I agree with Julie that the type should be larger. Remember, some of us are, um, older and, um, can't see the way we used to.

Our site (below) is an online directory of Library and non profit book sales around the US. Books, CD's and DVDs can all be purchased at most of these sales for around 10 cents to $3 each. Not only a great deal for reselling but also personal entertainment.
