I'll help you as much as I can, but you really should consult a lawyer in your area. Yes, good honest hard-working men have a huge bias against paying child support. They see you spending "their" money on rent and food and nevermind that having a roof and food to eat benefits the child. General advice: open a child support with your county and let it go through the court. And expect him to get cranky about it. | |
